Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 05.04.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 4239 of 2022 (Annexure 1).

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused Sandeep Kumar has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 10.10.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 2060/2022 (Annexure 3). It is further submitted that in this case, five witnesses have already been examined and petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2021.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.
