2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Forbisganj P.S. Case No. 160 of 2022, registered for the offence under Sections 302/201/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, under section 3(2)(V) of the SC/ST Act.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner was suspected of killing the deceased. During investigation, the sniffer dog went to the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2024. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75991 of 2024(3) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is dismissed.

7. If the trial is delayed, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
