2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 20 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections- 365/364(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the son of the informant was kidnapped by the unknown miscreants.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner transpires in the confessional statement of the coaccused Putush Kumar @ Yogendra Kumar. The statement of the victim made under Section 164 of Cr.P.C is general in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73990 of 2023(3) dt.12-02-2024 2/2 nature. Allegation made against the petitioner is that, he was also involved in the crime. He further submits that no material was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is young boy, having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.07.2023. The named accused Putush Kumar @ Yogendra Kumar has already been granted bail by the learned trial court.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, in connection with Laheri P.S.
