2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have antecedent of one case and the informant alleges that she purchased a land pertaining to Khata No.150, Khesra No.276, Area 0.87.25 decimal by a registered sale deed dated 07.11.2020 executed by Rajpati Mandal for a consideration of Rs.26,18,000/-, next alleges that Rajpati Mandal and his brother Suman Kumar Mandal alias Kare Lal
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71051 of 2025(2) dt.10-11-2025 2/3 Mandal had purchased 2 acres 76 decimal land by a registered sale deed dated 11.09.1987 from Sunil Choudhary in the aforesaid Khata and Khesra, next alleges that Rajpati Mandal prior to executing the sale deed of the land purchased by the informant had informed that he had already sold his share of land purchased from Sunil Choudhary and the land being sold falls in the share of Kare Lal Mandal who died issueless, further when informant applied for mutation of her purchased land, she came to know that Kare Lal Mandal is alive and has sold his share of land to Shikha Devi on 10.04.2021, next alleges that the accused persons including the petitioner had come to take money from her of the purchased land, thus alleges that Rajpati Mandal fraudulently sold the land by falsely disclosing that Kare Lal Mandal is dead.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant being sons of Rajpati Mandal with an allegation that they came to the house of the informant alongwith others for receiving the amount of the purchased land. It is next submitted that informant does not even remotely alleges that petitioners were witnesses on the sale deed. It is also submitted that petitioners have been implicated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71051 of 2025(2) dt.10-11-2025 3/3 in the instant case only with a view to coerce Rajpati Mandal into submission who committed the fraudulent act. It is asserted and submitted that petitioners are not witnesses on the sale deed executed in favour of the informant by Rajpati Mandal.
5. The learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No.421 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Sanjay/- U T
