2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 420, 506, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, as per the First Information Report, is that this petitioner, along with other co-accused persons named in the F.I.R., claiming themselves to be owners of the C.S.P. centre, got the account of informant opened in the C.S.P. and misused her account for illegal purposes and transacted Rs. 12,05,778/- from the account.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has not withdrawn even a single penny from account of informant and he has falsely been

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that from bare perusal of the F.I.R. it is apparent that this petitioner, along with other co-accused persons, allured the informant and got her account opened in the C.S.P. for the purpose of receiving the benefits under the MANREGA and other Government Schemes and informant being an innocent lady, got the account opened in the C.S.P. centre run by this petitioner and later, her account was misused by all the accused persons, including this petitioner. Petitioner has also got two criminal antecedents out of which one is of similar nature.

6. Considering the specific and direct nature of accusation and the fact that petitioner has got two criminal antecedents out of which one is of similar nature, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
