The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Beldaur P.S. Case No. 188 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Petitioner is innocent and committed no offence. This case has been lodged after lapse of more than ten years. Petitioner was Junior Engineer at that point of time. Co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 01.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4431 of 2018. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner
