Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 342 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 37(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2019.

Case No. 342 of 2019 corresponding to Special Case No. 6793 of 2019.
