The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhaurah PS Case No. 387 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. As per the allegation, one country made loaded pistol and a mobile has been recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concerned with the alleged occurrence and has been implicated in this case due to hot talk between the petitioner and the informant. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 29.06.2023.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73380 of 2023(2) dt.22-11-2023 2/2 Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Madhaurah PS Case No. 387 of 2023.
