Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Harnaut, Kalyan Bigha PS Case No.34 of 2018, registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are married Nanad and her husband who were married a decade earlier to the marriage of the deceased and have been living in another village having no concern with the matrimonial affairs of the deceased and her husband also submits that it it a case of suicide by the deceased. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioners, namely, Puniya Devi @ Purnima

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31743 of 2018(2) dt.21-05-2018 2/2 Devi and Pramod Kumar @ Pramod Yadav are directed to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut, Kalyan Bigha PS Case No.34 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2)Cr.
