The petitioners have prayed for grant of bail in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 29 of 2023 registered under sections 379, 420, 414, 419, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66, 66(B), 66(c), and 66(D) of the I.T. Act.

As per FIR, there has been withdrawal of total Rs. 57,900/- from the bank account of the informant illegally without her knowledge, thereafter, this case has been registered. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner are innocent and have committed no offence. They

It is further submitted from para-8 of this petition that good sense has been prevailed between the parties in which the petitioners have paid all the illegally withdrawal amount of Rs. 57,900/- of the informant to her and in support of this, Annexure-2 has been annexed which is compromise petition between the parties has been annexed in this petition. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Moreover, they are languishing in judicial custody since 28.07.2023.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of this case as well as the custody of the petitioners, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 29 of 2023 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, Bihar.
