1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing vehemently for sometimes realizing his difficulty, seeks permission to withdraw this application for grant of anticipatory bail with liberty to surrender and seek regular bail.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, this application for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner is dismissed as withdrawn in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 218 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria/Successor Court.

5. It is made clear that if the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail in that event the learned District Court shall consider the case on its own merit without being prejudiced by
