2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 353, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code, section 21 of MM (D and R) Act, 1957 and Rule 56(2) of BM (CPIMTS) Rule 2019.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to be indulged in scuffle with the police personnel and succeeded in fleeing away. Petitioner has got four criminal antecedent, out of which, two are of similar nature.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent of petitioner, the prayer for anticipatory bail of
