2. None appears on behalf of the respondent-Corporation despite service of notice. Learned counsel for the State is present.

Having regard to the nature of the grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Managing Director, Bihar Rajya Pathya Pustak Prakashan Nigam Ltd., Pathya Pustak Bhawan, Budh Marg, Patna. (Respondent no. 2) to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2017, if still pending, on its own
