Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and co-accused Raju Chaudhary are alleged to have abducted to the wife of the informant as well as the three children.

The wife of the informant stated before the police that only Raju Chaudhary had abducted her.

Considering the statement of the victim-lady, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56134 of 2017 (3) dt.16-01-2018 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ahiyapur Police Station Case No. 57 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
