ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The present modification has been necessitated on account of the fact that in the prayer portion of the Cr. Misc. No. 25161 of 2018 which was disposed of on 10.05.2018, due to inadvertence in the last part of the order, it has been indicated that the sureties will be furnished to the satisfaction of learned "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan" in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 58/2018.

The said mistake is sought to be rectified by the present modification application so as to replace the name of the Court to learned "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna" instead of learned "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan".

The said modification is allowed.
