2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191 ( 2 ), 190, 127 (1) , 127 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 109, 117 ( 2 ), 303 ( 2 ) and 352 of BNS. 3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that on 14.04.2025 at 05:00 PM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner surrounded son of informant, abused him and assaulted on his head, hand and chest with sticks, due to which he sustained injury . Injury sustained by the son of informant is simple in nature . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

5 . Considering the aforesaid facts, nature of injury ,

No.70097 of 2025(2) dt.07-10-2025 2/2 clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM First Class Nalanda ( Bihar Sharif ) in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 191 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
