2. The prayer for bail of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 01.11.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 69548 of 2023 granting liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail six months after framing of charge.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the charge has been framed on 28.02.2024 and six months have already been lapsed. The petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2023 and is accused in five more criminal cases.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that, on an earlier occasion, a report regarding the present stage of the trial and the time frame within which the trial is likely to be concluded has been called for.

5. Upon perusal of the said report, it appears that no evidence, either oral or documentary, has been adduced by the prosecution till date

In the present facts and circumstances of this case, and in light of the submissions made above, this Court is of the view that no purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner in judicial custody. Therefore, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, subject to the Trial Court's satisfaction that he is not absconding in any of the cases mentioned in paragraph 3 of the petition, namely: (i) Sabhebganj P.S. Case No. 175/2014, (ii) Saraiya P.S. Case No. 441 of 2016, (iii) Saraiya P.S. Case No. 414 of 2016, (iv) Paroo P.S. Case No. 13 of 2017, and (v) Saraiya P.S. Case No. 174 of 2017, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with S. Tr. No. 88 of 2024 (arising out of Saraiya P.S. Case No. 139 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid
