He submits that on 29.10.2021, he could not get the link of the case and the case was virtually heard in his absence, but he has no objection to the order which has been passed. His only request is that the date of bringing the opposite party No. 2 from Sasural of the petitioner be changed from 03.11.2021 to 20.12.2021 as the petitioner is staying in Switzerland and he is coming to India on 12th of December, 2021.

In these circumstances, the oral prayer of the petitioner is allowed.

The date in paragraph No. 2 of second page of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69598 of 2019(7) dt.03-11-2021 2/2 order dated 29.10.2021 may be read as '20.12.2021' instead of '03.11.2021'.

A minor typing error has been pointed out by learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2 that in the last line of the first page of the order dated 29.10.2021, the word 'concluded' has been wrongly typed as 'initiated'.

Let the same be corrected.

In the last line of the first page of the order dated 29.10.2021, the word 'initiated' be read as 'concluded'. The above modifications may be treated to be part of the order 29.10.2021.

The main application has been disposed of by the earlier order dated 29.10.2021.
