The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Barh P.S. case No. 208 of 2014 under Section 304 B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer of petitioners for anticipatory bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.03.2015 passed Cr. Misc. No. 40418 of 2014.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have renewed their prayer for anticipatory bail because husband of the deceased has been granted regular bail by the trial Court on the ground that, of course, the death of the deceased was under unnatural circumstances but due to accident and not on

No.37243 of 2018 (2) dt.25-07-2018 2/2 account of torture but it appears that the prayer of petitioners for anticipatory bail was earlier rejected on 25.03.2015 but the petitioners did not surrender in the Court below for more than three years. The deceased was burnt to death and there is allegation that there was demand of additional dowry. I do not find any fresh ground to re-consider the prayer of petitioners for anticipatory bail and the same is once again rejected.
