The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 224 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 58808 of 2019 and the case of this petitioner stands of similar footing. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 06.07.2019. Hence, the petitioner may be enlarged on
