The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Supplementary Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 185 of 2017 dated 19.03.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 436, 307, 427, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

One Chunchun Sah, a co-accused, is alleged to have set fire to the residential hut of the informant leading to damage worth several thousand of rupees. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that thought he has been named in the FIR but no overt act has been attributed against him. The petitioner is the son of the aforesaid Chunchun Sah.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32833 of 2018(2) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 Between Chunchun Sah and the informant, there are a series of civil litigation pending. Because of the earlier dispute, the petitioner who is a student has also been made accused in this case.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Supplementary Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 185 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
