2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 293 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498(A), 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the informant was being tortured by her husband and his family members. They used to demand dowry of Rs.5 lakh. On 12.07.2023, her in-laws and some other unknown persons brutally assaulted the informant, her father and her nephew.
4. learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73376 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 though the case has been registered also under Section 307 of the IPC, but there is no injury at all on the person of the victim. The petitioners have falsely been implicated merely because Petitioner No. 1 is nephew of husband of the victim, whereas Petitioner No. 2 is relative of her husband. Both of them are the persons of clean antecedents and the husband of the victim is under custody.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 293 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
