2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 692 of 2025 arising out of Sarbahda P.S. Case No. 20 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 80, 238, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3⁄4 of the DP Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that due to non-fullfilment of demand of dowry, the deceased has been killed by the petitioner and others.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. During investigation it has come that the deceased had committed suicide. The petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2025. There is general and

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-XV, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Sarbahda @ Sarbahada P.S.
