Case No. 172 of 2019 dated 23.05.2019 instituted for the offences under Section 379, 411 and 461 of the Indian Penal Code.

The implication of the petitioner in the present case initially was because of his motorcycle being found parked at the place of theft. Later, on the basis of confession made by the petitioner and on his pointing, there has been recovery of stolen articles.

The petitioner has been made accused in two other cases of similar nature in which he is on bail. However, taking into account the fact that the
