The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 21.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72035 of 2019(3) dt.21-11-2019 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.- East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 285 of 2019.
