KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 257 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 384, 379, 337, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of firing upon the informant and his family, but upon such firing no one sustained any type of injury and also caused damage to the car which was parked in the garage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kanti P.S.
