The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hisua P.S.Case No.93/2018, registered for offences punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Allegation is of recovery of 10 liters of liquor. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact no recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner, which will appear from the fact no independent person of petitioner's village has been made seizure list witness rather the persons from other village has been made seizure list witness. No.33078 of 2018 (2) dt.06-06-2018 2/2 case, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J 2nd cum Special Judge, Nawada, in connection with Hisua P.S.Case No.93/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
