Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mehush P.S. Case No. 6 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. For the alleged recovery of two cartridges petitioner is in custody since 02.05.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
