2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bettiah Town (Kalibagh O.P.) P.S. Case No. 210 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023, lodged under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the I.P.C. read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the unknown criminals killed the deceased. Subsequently, during investigation, it has come that the petitioner is a hired criminal, who has killed the deceased for Rs. 3 lakh.

4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner is main accused of killing the deceased.

6. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to him and, therefore, his bail petition is hereby rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) sadique/- U T
