JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in Bakhri P.S. Case No. 148 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 7 of Essential Commodities Act.

Allegation in the written report is that police had received confidential information that 40-50 bags of rice loaded in a vehicle was being taken for the purpose of black marketing. The police apprehended the said vehicle. The driver disclosed that rice belongs to this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that case diary has been received. There is specific statement in para 22 and 23 of the Block Supply Officer that the stock register of the PDS shop of the father of the petitioner was checked and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59346 of 2017 (5) dt.05-02-2018 2/2 everything was found correct.

As such, provisional bail granted by a coordinate Bench of this court in order dated 20.12.2017 is hereby confirmed. (Sanjay Priya, J) khushbu/- U T
