2. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No. 261 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution, petitioners worked for Sri Ayuveda Ashram and upon instruction of the owner of the said Ashram Neeraj Kumar, they engaged in fraudulent act and taking money from the people.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72768 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 that he has falsely been implicated in this case and during investigation nothing has been recovered from the petitioners which can be said to be fraudulent. He further submits that they are in custody since 04.08.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts and also considering the clean criminal antecedent, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S.
