2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Excise No. 425 of 2023 arising out of Chandan P.S. Case No. 122 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act 2018.
3. As per the prosecution case, total 136.45 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 28.07.2023.
5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and the recovery, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Banka/concerned court below in connection with Special Excise No. 425 of 2023 arising out of Chandan P.S. Case No. 122 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i)The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Rampur, Gaya Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
