The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 107 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner has earlier been rejected by order dated 25-01-2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52796 of 2022 but now, cordial relation has been restored between the parties and they have compromised the case.
Considering the above-mentioned facts and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75182 of 2023(2) dt.10-11-2023 2/2 circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Sudha Rai, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 107 of 2021 subject to conditions as mentioned in Section 438 of the Cr.P.C.
It is made clear that the petitioner will make himself present on each and every date fixed by the trial court and if, he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
