Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 32 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner's name has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion being a driver of the vehicle. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
