Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 530 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery is from the joint house. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2019.

Case No. 530 of 2019.
