2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191(2), 191 (3), 190, 126(2), 115 (2), 109, 308(5), 49, 352, 351(1) and 351

(3) of the BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution is that altogether eight persons named in the First Information Report (FIR). Ten (10) unknown persons armed with weapons came at the land of informant to grab the land of the informant. It is further alleged that they have also intention to kill him. Hence, the present case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. From perusal of the FIR, it

From perusal of the FIR, it is alleged that accused persons worked for the petitioner but there is no specific allegation against this petitioner. Further submission is that co-accused persons have been extended the privilege of bail vide order dated 17.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72829 of 2024 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 05.07.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 206 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Buxar.
