JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.That this application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ / order / direction upon the respondents to remove the encroachment from government land (AAHAR) running over Thana no. 111 Khata no. 107 Khestra No. 170 area 0.87 of Mauza Kauwakhonch P.S- Dinara, District - Rohtas, which has been encroached by the villagers forcibly and due to encroachment irrigation of villagers have interrupted.

1/A. That the petitioner further prays for issuance of any other appropriate

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Dinara, District- Rohtas for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Dinara, District-Rohtas by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
