The petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2016 in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No.231 of 2016, a case registered under Sections 30/38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused with direction to renew the prayer after six months vide Annexure-1.

Considering the facts aforesaid specially the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59432 of 2017 (2) dt.06-12-2017 P2/ the case is pending in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar Police Station Case No. 231 of 2016, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
