So far as the claim for compassionate appointment is concerned, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application to explore departmental remedy, if available.

With the aforesaid, so far as the claim for compassionate appointment, the writ petition is dismissed.

So far as the claim for payment of other claim on account of decision of the State Government for regularization/absorption of the services of the mother of the petitioner, namely, Sukhdei Devi is concerned, the petitioner is

Patna High Court CWJC No.17197 of 2017(2) dt.15-12-2017 2/2 at liberty to agitate the matter before the respondent No. 4 who shall examine the claim of the petitioner with regard to monetary dues on account of regularization/absorption of the mother of the petitioner in the project school. In case such representation is filed, the respondent No. 4, District Education Officer, Kaimur will take a final decision on such representation in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, so far as the claim of monetary benefit of the mother of the petitioner is concerned, the writ petition stands disposed of.
