Case No. 474 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 498A/34 and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and allegation is of causing her death. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is in custody for seven months and charge sheet has already been submitted and materials collected during investigation disclosed that there was altercation between husband and wife in which she has taken poison. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65716 of 2019(5) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur, in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 474 of 2019.
