2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 19 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 326, 307, 120B, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is the wife of the victim. She is alleged to have bobbitised her husband. She is in judicial custody since 22.02.2024 along with her newly born child.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. He further submits that the allegation is false as on the date of occurrence, the petitioner has

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody and also petitioner is a lady having clean antecedent, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Birpur, Supaul in connection with Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 19 of 2024.
