The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barha (Barhara) (Raghuwansh Nagar) P.S. Case No. 138 of 2022 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 387, 341, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of demand of Rs.50,000/- through a mobile phone from the informant with a threat by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that all Sections are bailable exception Section 387 is not bailable and Section 387 is triable by learned Magistrate. Petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnea in connection with Barhar (Barhara) (Raghuwansh Nagar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 138 of 2022 with condition that if similar case is reported against the petitioner in future his bail bond may be cancelled. (Ramesh Chand Malviya, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
