2. The petitioners seek bail in a case, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 506, 363, 366A, 354D/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 & 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. Allegation against petitioners is of kidnapping minor daughter of the informant and taking her away on the pretext of withdrawing money of dress from the bank, sanctioned by the Government.

4. The victim girl, in her statement recorded under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76115 of 2024(3) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., has supported the prosecution case and has categorically stated that these petitioners and on coaccused committed rape with her. The victim is minor and stated her age, as 15 years.

5. Considering the nature & gravity of the offence and statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
