The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 321 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 337, 338, 307, 295, 332, 120(B), 353, 188/153 (a)(b)(c) and 173 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is named in the FIR along with 50 other persons and there is allegation that they try to disrupt the communal harmony in Durga procession.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against him. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.35002 of 2018 (2) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 321 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
