The petitioner seeks bail in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 402 of 2019 registered under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Considering that no incriminating material was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, who is in custody since 11.06.2019, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 402 of 2019.
