Petitioners apprehends arrest in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 38 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been implicated in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion. The alleged recovery has not been made from the conscious possession of these petitioners. Petitioner are the men of clean antecedent.
