The grievance of the petitioner, in the present writ application, is for non-payment of salary from June, 2015, till date, as she is still doing the work of Panchayat Teacher (Trained), Primary School, Abbupur Gram Panchayat, Berthu, Block Karai-Parsurai, district Nalanda. The petitioner had already filed the representation on 10.11.2017 before the Block Education Officer, Karai-Parsurai, Nalanda, vide Annexure 3,

Patna High Court CWJC No.21349 of 2019(2) dt.02-12-2019 2/2 but, her representation has not been decided as yet. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the Block Education Officer, KaraiParsurai, Nalanda, respondent no. 7, to verify the records and if he/she comes to the conclusion that the petitioner had worked for the period, as claimed, the Block Education Officer, KaraiParsurai, Nalanda, shall ensure the payment of salary of the petitioner. Necessary decision, in this regard, must be taken by the respondent no. 7, at the earliest, preferably within a period of sixty days, from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With these observations and directions, this application stands disposed of.
