This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Itarhi Police Station Case No. 27 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 325/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, there is land dispute between the parties and on account of that altercation took place between for which case and counter case has been lodged by both the parties. Although there is allegation of firing but no one has sustained gun shot injury. Hence, the petitioner

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Buxar, in connection with Itarhi Police Station Case No. 27 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
