The petitioner filed this writ petition for a direction to the Director, Consolidation to dispose of the case of the petitioner pending before him.

Patna High Court CWJC No.20343 of 2019(2) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 The learned counsel for the State has got no objection. It appears that earlier the consolidation proceeding was stayed or stalled but now the Government vested power in the Director, Consolidation to dispose of the pending cases. Considering the facts aforesaid, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Director, Consolidation or any other competent authority to dispose of case of the petitioner in accordance with law within a reasonable time. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
