2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 167 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased is alleged to have been killed by the petitioner and other co-accused, who is the husband of the deceased.

4. The child witness namely Priyanshu Kumar, aged about 14 years has said that in the night, the petitioner and his father had fought with one Sajan Yadav who had entered the house in the night and after he left, his father and the petitioner took his mother in the room and thereafter she was found dead. The post mortem report supports the killing. The petitioner is

6. Considering the nature and gravity of offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
